The PARKING LOT location is 711 Travis St. Shreveport LA 71101. It is between Louisiana Ave and Common St with the entrance off of Travis. There is a fence around this lot. If this lot is full there is street parking available. There is metered parking payable by coins on Texas Ave and with the park by mobile app on Louisiana Ave. It is confusing but hopefully this information is helpful.
